This year we made it again, just even better! For the second year in a row we produced extra-virgin olive oil of exceptional quality. 

Harvested in December 2024, this years olive oil from yapapi is extremely smooth and rich, with a hint of spice and almost no acidity. Also it has very high polyphenols, which is super good for your health.

This is an olive oil to be savored—best enjoyed with a piece of fresh bread and a touch of garlic.

An authentic olive oil from Kalamata, crafted with the same care and tradition our family has followed for generations.
