Yapapi is an extra-virgin oil of the highest quality. One of the most striking characteristics is the extremely low level of acidity of our olive oil (0.2), way less than the acidity found in most olive oil found in supermarkets (up to 0.8).
The results is a rich and super smooth gustative experience.
Our oil is also very rich in polyphenols, at 467 mg/kg – while most oils are way below 200 mg/kg. Several studies have shown the fantastic health-related benefits of polyphenols in diets.

We use only the Koroneiki variety which is considered the queen of olives for oil production.
The Koroneiki olives are very small and contain very high level of polyphenols which are very strong natural antioxidants.
Koroneiki olive oil has higher levels of specific phenolic ingredients like oleocanthal ond oleacein - something that we don't find often in other olive oils.
